Młoda artystka rozpoczęła swoją karierę w 2007 roku albumem pop, który nie odniósł spodziewanego sukcesu. W 2013 roku Haliene przekształciła się w swoją obecną postać, skupiając się na muzyce elektronicznej. Szybko zyskała uznanie współpracując z uznanymi artystami, takimi jak Seven Lions, ATB i Gareth Emery.
