Vincent De Moore is a French music artist born in France in 1966, who grew up in South Africa. He began his musical career in 1987, playing guitar and bass in the South African rock band Springbok Nude Girls. The group gained success in South Africa, Australia, as well as in Europe and North America. In 1994, De Moore decided to pursue a solo career and released his self-titled debut album in 1996. The album received positive reviews and peaked at number 16 on the French charts.
