Ilse Delange is a Dutch singer, songwriter, and producer. She began her musical career playing in various blues and rock clubs in Rotterdam in the 1990s. In 1995, she released her first album, World of Hurt, which catapulted her to the international stage. Since then, she has released eight studio albums, including The Great Escape (2001), After the Hurricane (2005), and Clean Up (2010). In 2013, she was nominated for a Grammy Award in the category Best Country Song for her single "My Baby". She has also won two Edison Awards, an MTV Europe Music Award, and a World Music Award.
