H2j, whose real name is Jean-Sébastien Houle, is a Canadian electronic music and hip-hop artist. Born in Montreal, Quebec, he grew up in the city of Quebec. He began his musical career in 2003, creating beats for local rappers. In 2006, he released his first solo album, entitled "The Sound of Quebec". Since then, he has released several albums and participated in numerous electronic music festivals. In 2016, he was named "Artist of the Year" at the Juno Awards, the most prestigious music awards in Canada.
