BIOGRAPHY
Allie X is a Canadian musician who began her career in the music industry in 2006. Originally from Toronto, her real name is Alexandra Ashley Hughes. At the beginning of her career, she performed in several musical theater shows in Toronto. In 2013, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a solo singing career.
Her first album, "CollXtion I," was released in 2015 and received positive reviews. Her singles "Catch" and "Prime" became popular, mainly on online streaming platforms. Her music incorporates elements of pop, electro-pop, and synthpop.
In 2018, she released her second album, "CollXtion II," which also achieved great success. Allie X has collaborated with several popular artists, including Troye Sivan, Irish musician James Vincent McMorrow, and Canadian music producer Tommy English.
