Toni Dyson is an English-born musical artist born in 1968. Coming from a musical family, she began her career as a singer and musician in various clubs and bars in London. In 1986, she signed a contract with Virgin Records and released her first eponymous album, Toni Dyson, in 1987. The album was critically acclaimed and reached fourth place in the UK charts. In 1988, Dyson released her second album, Who's Gonna Love Me?, which was a commercial success and reached second place in the charts. Despite the release of other albums during the 1990s, she did not regain the same success as at the beginning of her career. In 2000, she released her last album, The Best of Toni Dyson.
