Sidney Samson (born Sidney Samsonite on December 5, 1981) is a Dutch DJ and music producer. Samson was born in Watergraafsmeer, Amsterdam. He began his musical career in 1998 at the age of 16. He started out in the local hardcore and gabber scene in Amsterdam. In 2006, Sidney Samson had an international breakthrough with his track "Riverside", which was a huge success in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the United States. The track was even used in a commercial for the Dutch television show "Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden". In 2007, Sidney Samson collaborated with Tiësto on the track "Magikal Circus".
