Project46 is a French electronic music duo consisting of Nicolas Dufresne and Benjamin Plantier. The two musicians met in 2009 and quickly began collaborating. They released their first album, "Theories of Everything," in 2011. Since then, they have released two more albums, "World in Progress" (2013) and "Escape Velocity" (2016). Project46's musical style is difficult to categorize, but it can be described as primarily electronic music with influences of trance, techno, and dubstep. Their tracks are typically high-energy and melodic, and they tend to use a lot of vocal samples in their songs. Project46 is considered one of the most promising French duos in the current electronic music scene. They have already won several awards, including the prestigious "Electronic Music Prize" at the Victoires de la musique in 2014. In 2015, they were ranked number 1 in the "Top 100 DJ Poll" of DJ Magazine, and they were also ranked among the "Top 10 French DJs" by the magazine Trax. Project46 is currently on a world tour and they have already played in many countries, including France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Canada, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Japan, China, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.
