Phunk Investigation is an Italian duo of producers and DJs consisting of Fabio Giannelli and Marco Manieri. Their music is a blend of techno, deep house, and electro. They have released several albums and singles on labels such as Defected, Sony, Universal, and Virgin. They have also produced remixes for artists like Madonna, Moby, Depeche Mode, and David Bowie. Fabio Giannelli and Marco Manieri met in 1996 and began working together in 2000. They released their first album, "Lift Me Up", in 2002. In 2003, they published their second album, "Different Perspectives". In 2005, their third album, "The Way We Are", was released. In 2007, they released their fourth album, "Funktastic". In 2009, Phunk Investigation released their fifth album, "Trip the Light Fantastic". In 2011, they published their sixth album, "The Remixes". In 2013, they released their seventh album, "The Way We Are Remixes". In 2015, their eighth album, "Funktastic 2.0", was released.
