DANK is a Franco-Swiss musical artist born on March 11, 1988, in Geneva, Switzerland. He grew up in a family steeped in music and began playing himself at the age of 8. At the age of 12, he began writing his own songs and performing them in Geneva clubs. In 2006, he signed a contract with the independent French music label Jive Epic. His first album, "The Dank Album", was released in 2007. In 2009, his second album, "Dank 2", was well received by critics. In 2011, he released his third album, "Dank 3", which was even more acclaimed by critics. In 2013, his fourth album, "Dank 4", was hailed as his best to date. In 2015, his fifth album, "Dank 5", was also well received. DANK is considered one of the best artists in the Franco-Swiss music scene and enjoys great respect from his peers.
