"Black Boots is an American electronic music group formed in 2006 by musicians and producers Nate Harrison and Jesse Rose. The group released their first self-titled album, Black Boots, in 2007. Since then, they have released two more albums, The Heist (2009) and No Strings Attached (2011).
Black Boots gained recognition with their first single, "Beat It," released in 2007. The single reached number one on the US singles chart and was certified gold in Australia. The group has also released several other successful singles, including "I'll Be There," "Shake It," "Make It Clap," and "In the Club."
In 2009, Black Boots released their second album, The Heist. The album was certified gold in Australia and reached number one on the US dance albums chart. The album was also certified platinum in New Zealand. In 2011, the group released their third album, No Strings Attached. The album was certified platinum in Australia and reached number one on the US dance albums chart.
Black Boots has been nominated for several awards, including the Grammy Awards, MTV Video Music Awards, and American Music Awards. In 2010, the group won the award for Best Dance/Electronica Album at the Grammy Awards. In 2012, the group won the award for Best Dance/Electronica Album at the Grammy Awards."
