Alle Farben is a German DJ and music producer whose real name is Frans Zimmer. Born in Berlin in 1985, Frans Zimmer grew up in Kreuzberg, a neighborhood known for its vibrant alternative and underground scene. He became fascinated with electronic music at a young age, and started sharing his own compositions on the internet as early as 2005.
In 2009, he adopted the pseudonym Alle Farben (which means "All Colors" in German), and quickly became known for his colorful and eclectic sets. In 2012, one of his mixes, "6 Stunden Session", reached over a million plays in just two months on the platform SoundCloud.
Following this success, Alle Farben released several albums, including "Synesthesia - I Think in Colours" (2014) and "Music Is My Best Friend" (2016). His music blends various genres, ranging from house to techno, jazz, and swing. Additionally, he has repeatedly made it into the top 10 of the German charts.
In 2015, Alle Farben was nominated for "Best Electronic Artist" at the ECHO Music Awards, one of the most important music awards in Germany.
Renowned for his live performances, Alle Farben regularly plays at festivals and major events around the world, including Tomorrowland and Parookaville in Germany.
Today, with over 3 million monthly listeners on Spotify, Alle Farben is one of the most popular electronic artists in Germany and Europe.
