Pink, whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore, is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, and actress born on September 8, 1979 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. After signing a contract with LaFace Records in 2000, Pink released her debut studio album, Can't Take Me Home, in 2000. The album, which had moderate commercial success, reached number seventeen on the Billboard 200 chart in the United States. It produced three singles that reached the top forty of the Billboard Hot 100: "There You Go", "Most Girls", and "You Make Me Sick". Her second album, M!ssundaztood, was released in 2001 and reached number two on the Billboard 200 chart. The album produced three singles, including "Get the Party Started", which was her first number one single in the United States. Pink released her third album, Try This, in 2003. The album reached number three on the Billboard 200 chart and produced five singles, including "Trouble", which was her second number one single in the United States. Her fourth album, I'm Not Dead, was released in 2006 and reached number one on the Billboard 200 chart. The album produced seven singles, including "Stupid Girls", "Who Knew", and "U + Ur Hand", all of which reached the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100. Pink released her fifth album, Funhouse, in 2008. The album reached number two on the Billboard 200 chart and produced five singles, including "So What", which was her third number one single in the United States. Her sixth album, The Truth About Love, was released in 2012 and reached number one on the Billboard 200 chart. The album produced six singles, including "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)", which was her fourth number one single in the United States. Pink released her seventh album, Beautiful Trauma, in 2017. The album reached number one on the Billboard 200 chart and produced two singles, "What About Us" and "Beautiful Trauma". Pink has sold over 60 million albums and 150 million singles worldwide, making her one of the best-selling female artists of all time. She has won three Grammy Awards, two Brit Awards, a JUNO Award, and an MTV Video Music Award. In 2014, she was named one of Time magazine's 100 most influential women in the world.
